Do I need to have experience in shipbuilding?

No. More important than industry knowledge is that you master your craft and want to learn new topics. Our experienced colleagues will show you the rest. Many of our best people came to us without a single day of shipbuilding experience.

How quickly can I take on responsibility at LETHE?

Faster than you think. Those who show what they can do are given the stage for it. One of our project managers moved from design to project management after just one year. This is not an isolated case.
